Worthe Real Estate Group and Blackstone co-own a collection of thirteen office buildings in Burbank that total over 3,000,000 s.f. of office space. They have six unique brands, one of which is a 19-acre campus with it's own state of art movie screening theater. Our unique opportunity was to unify and market the portfolio of properties as a single collection named: The Burbank Portfolio.
The challenge was to create one voice for this collection of branded properties and market the city of Burbank to companies that want to be in the center of it all for their commercial real estate needs. As we dug in, it became apparent that Burbank was and is "the cradle of content creation" and some would arguably say is the entertainment capital of the world. Our first deliverable was a video that showcased The Burbank Portfolio and the city itself.
