We wanted to put together a bit of a retrospective of our partnership with the team at George P Johnson (GPJ). It started in 2010 with supporting the design team with Life Technologies, helping GPJ design how the new brand would work with Life Tech's existing kit, which turned into a global tradeshow style guide. This lead to us supporting other brands like Honda, Nissan and Toyota with 2D work, helping develop the GPJ brand and PW brand guidelines in it’s infancy (which included a book commemorating the PW launch party), and of course a LOT of late night RFPs! Below is a sample of that work.

Applying a re-brand to existing kits, collaborating on new messaging, product fins, and materials.

Nissan Rouge Launch: Background graphics
Creating graphics for media preview day of a new vehicle launch

Infiniti Vehicle Preview: In-room Media Kit
We developed a bespoke high quality media kit that was left in the hotel room for media personnel. Including a hand done blind emboss, metallic paper printed folder and imprinted journal.

Nissan Versa Media Preview: Outdoor Supergraphics
We designed supergraphics to promote the vehicle launch that were applied to buildings strategically located throughout the driving route.
Houston Rockets Stadium: Indoor Supergraphics
We designed supergraphics to promote Toyota’s presence in Texas throughout the Houston Rocket’s stadium
Honda Cash Car: Event Graphics
We supported the Cash Car event for Honda, designing all the event graphics, including supergraphics, digital backgrounds, vehicle call outs, banner stands... and of course “Ben Bucks”.
The last decade, most of our work with GPJ has been supporting the RFP process, from designing the book or deck, to assisting with 2D graphic treatment, and helping design (and sometimes fabricating) the physical delivery of the RFP.

Sometimes We Have to Get Physical
While we have always helped design and produce the RFP deck or book, there were times the team wanted to leave a real impression with a dynamic physical presentation (we actually produced the Mitsubishi box in-house).
Digital Deck Delivery
With every RFP we have done with the GPJ team there is always a digital delivery, with luck, followed up by a stand up presentation! We have done a a variety of these, here is a cross section of brands.
